Eat breakfast?

Does anyone sit and eat breakfast anymore? With my busy life, sometimes I skip breakfast because I'm on the run. What do you typically eat for breakfast when you have the time?

NO I don't but I never did before either. I hate breakfast foods so I usually just eat lunch really early unless I am going to work out then I grab something before I go.

Protein shakes. I don't get enough protein from my daily foods so I add a few shakes into my day. I use powder that gets me the most bang for my buck.

DH drinks Carnation breakfast drinks because he doesn't like to "eat" for breakfast either.

The kids don't always eat breakfast food either. They ate Chicken Noodle Soup for breakfast today.

It helps me not overeat during the day. A satisfied stomach in the morning really helps my brain too.

I agree eating breakfast in the morning will prevent you from overeating for lunch. I'm a big cereal eater because its quick. Eating a good amount of fiber is a good filler as well. I tried LiveActive cereal and it was good. Good source of fiber.

I usually have a protein drink too. I guess it's more of a meal replacement shake though, blended with a banana usually and it lasts me until Lunch or even a little after. Click here to enlarge so yummy!!!

I either eat cereal or I have muffins. I make muffins (the good healthy kind that have actual food in them) at least once a week, so we can all have them for breakfast.

I always make sure to eat a little protein in the morning, even if it's just a handful of nuts or an apple w/ PB.

I'm a raving bitch if I don't eat breakfast.

For myself, I usually eat a bagel or english muffin, fruit and coffee. I do try to get a bit of protein in there and it varies as to what it is.

I always eat breakfast. As soon as I learned that the way they get sumo wrestlers big is starve them til noon and then serve them large amounts of food, I've made it a point to eat something as soon as I wake up.

I usually eat a boiled egg, granola bar, 1/2 of a bagel with cream chz, a pancake, a small bowl of cereal with skim milk, or a yogurt.

I love protein bars for breakfast! You don't have to sit down for them.
