Anyone else?
Has anyone else had experience with breastfeeding successfully after a reduction surgery? I had mine about 7 yrs ago and am about 35 weeks pregant. I have had some changes and am now leaking (yay!) but just curious about supply and supplementing because I have no idea what to expect.

Yes. Had the surgery in 1993 and had babies in 1998, 2002 and 2009. Breasted them with success, though they were all supplemented to some extent (20 - 50 %).
Find a lactation consultant NOW who has experience helping BFAR moms, get Diane West's BFAR book, and be prepared. Good luck!

Im more than freaked out right now, lol. In the past 2 years, I've gotten divorced, started college, and gotten pg on birth control. I will have a 13yo, 10yo, 8yo and a newborn 
47, thanks so much for the book and fbar suggestions. I hadn't heard of that before.
I know that they completely removed everything and reattached. I was astonished that anything at all would happen after that. At this point I will be happy with any production from the girls!
