Business Advice

My niece is a fresh college graduate but extremely talented in programming. Instead of working in a company she opted to be a freelance programmer. She is asking my opinion about her plan to concentrate in developing regulatory software. She said this will simplify the navigation of increasingly complex regulatory requirements of regulatory bodies such as ISO, PCI, HIPAA. Do you think there is a market for this kind of business? I'm sure some of us here works in standards certified companies maybe you can share your thoughts about your experiences in complying with your standards requirements.

I don't have experience with that in particular but pursuing a career in IT is definitely a wise choice for her.

Thanks for your responses. Fortunately, she got a job as an intern and is assisting in handling ehs software and compliance reporting software. The company is of medium scale and seems to be good but the pay is a little less compared to what others offer or is it because she is an intern/trainee at the moment?
