Torn and herniated discs, thyroid problems, anxiety, joint issues required surgery and that doc tells me will continue to degenerate, and regular old arthritis in knees and hip.

I could use the support. DH is awesome, but sharing fears and frustrations with him is really taking a toll on his big, soft heart.
