I have nothing but praise for Burt's Bees products. I am never disappointed. Although somewhat pricey,I feel they are worth every penny. The products are as natural as they can be,and the labels even list the percentage of natural ingredients that are in the product. Burt's also uses recycled materials for their packaging and a portion of their sales goes towards purchasing land for conservation.
I have used all the Burt's baby bee line. I am 100% satisified by all of them(be warned that the no-spill shampoo isn't tear-free). They are really hydrating and have a wonderful fragrance.
I won't name all the Burt's products I have tried(I'm afraid this would be a REALLY long post:snicker),but I can tell you that I am satisfied with everything I have tried.
You can find out about their products/conservation efforts at www.burtsbees.com

I, too, can say nothing but good things about Burt's Bees products. Just the other day I got two items: they're Coconut Foot Creme (I'm crazy about anything cocunt so I had to try it), and they're shea butter Decollete Cream. Both things smell and feel divine.

They're not inexpensive, but also not the most expensive skin care stuff in your regular drug store. I find the price well worth it when considering that all the ingredients are eco-friendly, natural, and still make me feel like I'm pampering myself.

I love Burt's Bees; but haven't tried the baby products yet. They have an Almond scented hand cream and a Marshmallow face cream that smell so delicious that I want to scoop my finger in and eat them!!

I didn't really get the whole craze over BB products until my friend gave me a sampler pack for Christmas. I :love it all. I haven't tried the facial scrub, the shampoo bar or the facial toner yet but the rest of it ROCKS. I love the hand salve and the almond hand creme. It is great for dry winter hands. I also love the milk and honey body lotion.

The same friend bought me the baby bee sampler pack so I'm just awaiting my baby to be born so I can give those a test run. :clap I can't wait! :D

we use the thick baby bee cream, the lotion, and the apricot oil. I :love it all I love how it smells. Sometimes it's a bit too sweet but the smell quickly blends.

I LOVE the Burt's Bees baby products. I use nothing but their products for Aimee.

However, I did not like most of the adult products I tried. They don't smell as good. The shampoo bar didn't work. Some of the salves and lotions stunk.

I do like the lip balm and the cuticle cream, however.

Overall, I'd say I will continue to purchase the baby products.

Another devoted BB nut. :ITA I had a sample tub of the marshmallow cream go all moldy on me and I wrote BB's customer service and in the course of our correspondence the woman told me that when they go through orientation to come in contact with customers that they taste a lot of the products! She said most don't taste that great, which is not really surprising, but she said when they say 90% whatever natural, they damned sure MEAN it.

That said, I am a *dedicated* fan to the decollete creme, the Res-Q ointment, the avocado hair butter and the lettuce facial soap and toner. :love

Having heard great things in the past about BB products I bought the lip balm. It did not rock my world. No worse or better than blistex or lobello.

I hate the lip balm. :paranoia I hate that pepperminty tingly feeling on my lips.

I love that minty tang.:paranoia

My "thing" is the Baby bee buttermilk lotion. I put it on my kids bc it doesn't sting like so many other products do. I put it on me bc it is the right amt of moisture for me and it quickly absorbs.

I buy the exfoliating bay rum soap for dh and I think it smells soooo yummy on him.:D I love the peppermint soap, but find it too harsh so generally I use the baby bee soap. LOVE it. Smells like heaven.

My favorite BB thing is the OUTLET on their website.:clap I have a grab bag on order and I can not wait to see what I get!:D

I know.:crybaby

I am worried about it.

Maybe they are out of stiock?

I will have to tan their sorry NC hides if they cut it from their line.

Do you know of another, reputable, site that sells their products -- and has the lotion?

Also, has anyone tried the Baby Bee Solid Perfume?

Maximus

Dh thinks the perfume is too strong on the baby.:dunno

The smell is too strong, that should say. Sorry.:blush

Does it smell the same as the soap or shampoo?

Marymoomoo

Exactly the same,NO.

Hmmm...I don't know why the buttermilk lotion isn't listed.:dunno I don't *think* they've discontinued it. I would hope not. It is one of their best products!
I don't know of a reputable online store off-hand. I have ordered off eBay before. If I recall correctly, there is an eBay store that sells BB for 40% off retail, too.
You might search around and see if you can join a co-op. You can usually get 35%-40% off retail(plus ship) that way.

I've not tried their products for adults, but it's the only thing I'll use on the kids. We use the buttermilk soap in the bath, the no-spill shampoo bar on their hair, and have the buttermilk lotion, apricot oil, and dusting powder for after bath. Even their diaper rash cream smells good.

Very recent devotee (uhm, addict :paranoia ).

I love their lipsticks (unique colors, feel great, don't bleed) and all their baby bee products. I recently placed a $48 order, so I am still sorting through all the products and trying them out. I visit the website daily. :paranoia

Once I test out more of the products, I'll be back with reviews.

I, too, was upset that I couldn't find the Buttermilk lotion. You can find it at other stores online, however.

My name is belly, and I am a Burt's Bees addict.

I love the apricot baby oil sooooo much! I have a facial scrub I like a lot too and want to try their whole line, but I am afraid I will be addicted to more of their stuff.

The only thing I am not super thrilled with is the diaper cream. For small time rashes, it is great, but if it gets beyond that it doesn't work for us. I end up getting out the A & D, which I hate because it is a pain to get out of diapers.

Burt's Bees is pretty good stuff. I was able to get a shitload of it dirt cheap through a co-op from another board. Not everything works for me, so I just give it to my sister. But the baby products and the carrot nutritive lotion are two 5-star products.

I was in Bath and Body Works last week an guess what this store is selling Burts Bees. I couldn't believe it. They said they were the only store selling it right now.

In general I didn't like most of the products. The lotions and stuff really stunk. I had a carrot facial mosturizer. Yuck, what a smell. The hand salve smelled bad too.
