I ordered a sink and faucet from http://shop.toohome.com on December 11th. The faucet showed up around January 6th and when I called about the sink, it was only a voice mail. I sent a few emails over the next few weeks which were never responded to and yesterday when I tried to call again, the 1-800 number was disconnected with no forwarding number. According to their website, they are still accepting orders.

This morning I read about someone having a similar problem on a kitchen forum I read. Hmmm, here are some other reviews I found today.

We have already contacted the credit card company and the order is in dispute.
