Does anyone have one of these yet? We have door molding in our house, so DS has a Graco "bumper jumper" that attaches to the top of the molding. I was just wondering if any of you had the FP Jumperoo; they remind me of those old rocking horses on springs that were around when I was a kid.

We just bought one for our 5 month old ds. It is set up like a swing stand and has the four springs covered in cloth on each side. It has 3 height adjustments.
It's really cute but it doesn't have a lot of toys on it. The little light up part is removable. You can set it so a button needs to be pushed to light it up or it can be set to go off when baby bounces around in it.
My son seems to like it but we had to fold up a blanket to put under his feet so he could touch the floor.....he's a peanut!

I just saw that at Target the other day and was wondering about it. How stable is it? What is the weight limit?

Don't know the weight limit but my kids loved this. I have used it with all 3. None of them had bowed legs from it, they all survived the jumping with damaging their muscles or bones. During their entire time spent in it they jumped and laughed.
Especially great for the more active baby who likes to be in a standing position but can't stand on their own yet.

Of course, the famous disclaimor, don't use it as a babysitter, in moderation it was well loved. Great to hang in the kitchen while doing dishes etc.

My son did not like the doorway jumper we tried with him. He never liked anything that restricted or bound his crotch :lol Not the baby bjorn, not the exersaucer (until he could stand in it) and not the jumper. The Hip Hammock he liked, but that was about it.

He had a hydrocele. Maybe that's why?

It's pretty stable. It has the same legs as an infant swing and holds up to 25 lbs. My ds loves it.
:dunno I think it's great for houses that don't have the frames around the doors (like mine) and can't use the Johnny Jumper.

Just bought one of these myself. DS is still a bit too short for it yet, but he likes to be in there a few minutes at a time.

Hmmmm, I have the bumper jumper and didn't see this when we were registering. We don't have crown molding downstairs and I think the doorways are too small on the ones we do have so I'm considering taking back the bumper jumper and getting this. My only reservation is the size, we already have the bouncy seat, swing and exercauser, and if we get this it's just one more huge baby contraption in the house. Gadget overload!

PAP....here it is. It takes up the same amount of space the swing does. We ended up moving the swing to our bedroom since he sometimes goes in it in the middle of the night.
