I bought this item when I was pregnant with my second child, and let me save you the trouble of spending $50.00 to get shit sprayed in little pieces all over your toilet and floor.
It is WAY too powerful!
I have heard that "The Mini Shower" is better and more affordable, but I havent tried it.

I use the mini shower. it works wonderfully--you can adjust the spray so it's not too strong.
