So I have a free package and so does a friend. (from a wonderful promotion they did)

During the free promotion, got GREAT phone support.

Now that the promotion is over and I have 3 years of a free package, I can't get support worth crap. Now I'm calling their customer support line for potential customers. I've been on hold for 50 minutes. No, I am not exaggerating.

Do not use 1 and 1.

If you do, do NOT expect any kind of support.

I got in on the free promotion. I emailed customer support and it took two weeks for them to get back to me.

yeah. The package is GREAT, but the support is AWFUL. When they were still running hte promotion, the support rocked. I was able to call and get it. Once it was over they quit offering support for the free package by phone.

They didn't tell us they'd be doing that when we signed up.
