This is great... I served it over white rice. If you are on ww, don't forget to count the points for the rice or noodles!
Shrimp In Lime Butter Sauce
Yield: 4 servings
4 points per serving
1 lb. large shrimp
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 C. chicken broth
2 T. fresh lime juice
1 T. butter
1/4 C. chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
1. Clean and devein shrimp. Pat dry and spray with olive oil flavored nonstick cooking spray.
2. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and sauté until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Add the garlic and broth to skillet and cook until broth is reduced by half (about 3-4 minutes). Stir in lime juice. Add shrimp and butter. Add cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle sauce over shrimp when serving
