I got the supply list for my drawing class today. Jeebus! :faint This is it, with approximate prices.

The book, about $60 (which is a bargain for a textbook, but keep reading)

2 inking pens, $6
1 Bristol pad, 14x17" $15
1 Tracing paper pad, 14x17" $12
1 roll drafting tape 3/4" $6
1 18" stainless steel cork-back ruler $6
1 each white and kneaded eraser - $2
1 each 2H, 2B, 4B, 6B pencils - about $1.50 each
1 set markers - PrismaColors brand Primary & Secondary color set minimum $79
1 set colored pencils - PrismaColor brand pencils, 24 count minimum $40
1 T-square 24" $10-15
1 drafting brush - $8
1 glue stick - $1
1 pair of scissors - $4
1 xacto blade with size 11 blades for refill - $6
1 color wheel - $6
1 portfolio 16x20" to hold 14x17" paper or larger - these can be up to $200. I'm going to make my fucking own with old boxes and plastic sheeting :lol

So yeah, well over $200 not even counting the textbook or the portfolio. I have some nice colored pencils that I spent a bunch on last semester, but they're not PrismaColor, and I'm afraid they're going to have to do. :lol Same with the markers, although I think my kids got to those so who knows how many of those there are left.

Oh my!
It is crazy how much they charge for crap for classes. Just the books alone are insane.
