teeth bleaching and bf? ok or not

I would assume that it's ok since it really isn't going into you, it's just sitting on your teeth. I've been meaning to try those too but I'm afraid I'll mess up and some teeth will be a different color.

I bleached my teeth, using a dentist's bleaching kit, while nursing. I emailed Dr. jack Newman about it and he said it was fine.

Yes, peroxide-based tooth bleaches are considered fine to use while nursing.
