LetThereBeLips It's kind of neat.

I used to sew my fingers together all the time, especially when I did needlepoint.

Pudin Meh. I view this the same way I go gauged ears. What is the person trying to prove?

Fishie I think it's a little sick and a little cool. I feel like it would gross me out less if she chose not-red threads because at first glance it looks like it's a bloody rash or a oozy burn or something.

And I have never ever heard of anyone sticking needles in their callouses! Geebs. The closest we used to come to that was smearing Elmer's Glue on our hands, letting it dry, and then peeling it off.

therefore That's awesome

Pseudonymph Gross! I used to stick pins in all my fingers and walk around with my arms out like Frankenstein. Maybe I will show my kids how to do that. I had completely forgotten.
01-13-2014 09:55 AM
nano Um, no. I don't think that's cool.

mamashack My brothers could sew there fingers together and pull the thread to open and close them because they had such thick calluses
01-13-2014 08:25 AM
dubby that gives me the same feeling all the little holes do.

OMG! I thought I was the only nut who did that

EvilBad I was equally horrified and fascinated on FB. I wouldn't want to see the aftermath when she pulled them all out, though

Coco Freaky and kind of cool.
I used to see if I could 'sew' my fingertips together when I was a kid.
I'd use the thinnest needle I could find, and run it just under my skin to see if it would hold
