Coconut oil on your nipples will help with the pain and is a mild anti-fungal. Nystatin is worthless. Have you tried monistat cream or athletes foot cream(for your nipples not the baby)?
I add to have a pharmacy order gentian violet for me. Diflucan is by far the easiest and most complete cure.

Oh, and NO SOAP on your nipples.
