I know I just joined and haven't got any of what is required, but I would like to join. My hubby is Oregon Army National Guard Reserve and gets shipped out in two months to Iraq. I don't really have a good line on internet right now so I really don't think I will be able to get the 400 posts by then.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operations_security Basically don't post any information like names, dates of movement, places of travel from/to. That kind of thing. You don't want any information getting to the "bad guys" that could put your husband or others in danger.

I am from a military family, mom, dad, paternal and maternal grandfathers as well as all my maternal uncles. Navy parents Army Uncles. My boyfriend is in the Army. Once every few months he sends me a ticket to visit him at Fort Bragg. Anyway the situation is making me a little batty. So I'm glad to be among women in similar situations even if the similarity is only slight.
