There are many other good clinics as well. A friend of mine went for adoption because her husband didn't allow to go for surrogacy. Another close friend chose surrogacy after being infertile. The procedure went well. Now she is a happy mom. Both solutions are good. Your sister in law should go for the one which appeals her.
