It was such a bad experience. I never tried to contact them ever. They did not bother to reply to my emails. They replied to me once with a computer-generated email. That seemed so unprofessional to me. I was very annoyed by their behavior. So I decided to search for another clinic. My husband and I were soon able to find a good clinic. We had our treatment from there. I underwent IVF to have my baby. It was quite painful. But we managed to do every possible thing to have a baby.
