No brekkie for me! I rarely eat breakfast and have been this way forever...even before I had Chloe. If I do have anything,it is something quick. If I eat too much in the morning,I feel sick and bloated for the rest of the day.

I LOVE breakfast, BUT during the week I never get to have a good breakfast. I ususally have small things like instant oatmeal packets at work or a bagel with cream cheese. On the weekends I go all outthough and make potato's, eggs, waffles, and turkey sausage. Thats my favorite part of the day Click here to enlarge

Anywho today I had 2 Eggo waffles, they werent all that good.

Usually something quick...this kid is still hanging out on the boob so I have to remind myself to eat something in the morning to keep my milk up. I was not a breakfast person pre-kid...

Instant oatmeal (today's selection - apples & cinnamon)
Bagel with cream cheese
Luna bar (not because it's for women, because it tastes candy-bar-ish)

I had a Luna bar and didn't like it. Someone gave it to me and I didn't look at the expiration date. Maybe it was bad. I made some peanut butter pancakes for the first time and topped it with some warm jelly. I remember seeing something like it on tv a while back. They turned out great. Its something I can only make on weekends. Don't have time to do it on the weekday.

I need a big meal in the morning. It gives me energy for the whole day. Some complex carbs and a lot of protein. I also try to have the majority of my fat intake in the morning so that I can be working it off all day.

I cant have a big breakfast because I would want to curl up in a corner and fall right back to sleep. I can only have a big breakfast on weekends.

I always eat something in the morning. Maybe, a banana or salmon sandwich, or cereal. If I don't, I usually get munchies.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so I never skip mine. I love having oatmeals with fruits. Click here to enlarge

MalindaRose hello! How are you? I am absolutely fine. Its very sad news that you skip your breakfast. Don’t do this any again dear. Without a breakfast, we thought that we will die. Try to take breakfast in your busy life. Because the meal is as important as work. Don’t you think? No, we should say that breakfast is more important than work. Sometimes I also skip breakfast due to a lot of work. but My mom urges me to take breakfast. I take breakfast with a shake with a bowl of cereals. We can’t regret the proverb that a healthy mind lies in a healthy body. Try to take breakfast at a proper time. Stay blessed.

I still sit while eating my breakfast and other meals. For me it is very important to sit on meals to ensure good digestion. However, there are days that I'm too busy or I have rush schedules, I tended to skip my breakfast but that made me feel weak before the lunch came. There are even few times that I needed to skip lunch as well.
