My 32 month old is more of a runner and singer. She can't pronounce the J in her name so it comes out Nenna instead of Jenna. She likes to be Nenna baby due to her stealing anything related to her younger sister and using for herself.

aka Jaws is 9!

aka ponytails is 11!

aka princess is 14

My walker and talker is Taylor. She is 3 and a half. She talks from the minute she wakes up until the moment she falls asleep. She's just like I was. I have a new appreciation for my mother. Click here to enlarge

My walker is Hayley. She is 14 months old, and just started toddling all over the place. She doesn't say much yet, but she's still very vocal. Click here to enlarge

I have two walkers and talkers. My older son is 3 and my baby is 2. They are 19 months apart. My second son wasn't planned, but you know, if I had it to do over again he would have been.

They are so close. They fight like cats and dogs, but they don't know what to do without each other. My older son is taking swimming lessons, and for the whole HOUR that they are apart, my younger son is asking about him constantly!

I thought my sister and I were close, but these two are inseparable! I love the bond that they have developed, and I hope it carries on throughout their lives. Click here to enlarge And this is one baby factory that is closed, they've both said they don't want another sister or brother, and I don't want another one, so our family is complete, and happy.

Victoria is 27MO. She is very cute, lovable and stubborn. But, she is so precious. When you do something for her, she says: "Thank you so very much." She is quite the little talker. Click here to enlarge

Liam is new at the walking and talking thing. He's 12.5 months. Click here to enlarge

He is walking everywhere--got pretty good at it fast! He only has a few words, and says them only when he feels like it. Click here to enlarge So far, he can say Daddy, Mama, dog (dadada) and ball (ba). I think he may be saying hi as well.

He babbles ALL the time, though!

My son just turned one. He has taken a few steps and has started talking. His favorite topic is my husband's banjo. Most days when he wakes up he says, "Where dando?"
He also loves bubbles, turning light switches on and off and splashing in the sink or the tub. He is the sweetest, sweetest baby.

Christopher is 16 months old. He is not yet walking, but he can talk his little butt off. I constantly have a echo b/c he copies everything I say. Click here to enlarge

Zoe will be 4 in August. Click here to enlarge

When she is in a good mood, she is walking and running and bouncing all over. Occasionally she likes to sit and play quietly -- usually with Barbies. I have no idea where this girly girl came from. She has to wear a dress every day. It doesn't slow her down any on the playground, so okay.

Then she has these other moods and I see what they mean about this being the first adolesence. If I tell her to go in the other room and put one her shoes for example, she will come back to me, cross her arms on her chest, and say, "I'm not putting my shoes on," in her nany-nany-boo-boo voice. Argh!

Over all she is a lot of fun and 3 has been my favorite age.

Catherine is 4 year old. Her interests vary over time. But dancing and science seem to have the tightest grip on her. She's my wriggly, intense, and utterly enthusiastic kiddo.

Owen turns 1 on June 16th. He is walking and talking as well as climbing and screeching. He loves music, noises, birds, and all his sister's toys. But for the most part he is my snuggly little man.

Athena just turned 2 June 23rd. She's got an incredible vocabulary so she's very funny to listen to, but sometimes a little exhausting too. But this is a fun stage because she is good at talking on the phone, and will request to call different people and talk for a while.

She's going to be a big sister in a couple months, to two boys.

Walkers and Talkers

I have 2 walkers and talkers.

Austin is 4 and a half. He is very little for his age. Unfortunately genetics (I'm only 4'11") and a heart defect have played a role in his lack of stature. He talks non-stop. He actually is quite mature in his speech patterns, though. He is incredibly adept at computer games and has a pretty good knowledge of the internet. NO, he hasn't found porn yet. I do dread that day, though.

Jade is 20 mos. She is saying new words every day. The other day, we were out running errands. I was holding a picture that Austin wanted to see, so I showed him and he handed it back to me. As soon as he did that, Jade said "I want to see it". I was floored! The longest sentence she said prior to that was "Daddy home"

Both of my kids also both love to sing and dance. Their favorite song to dance to is "Shake your booty" and they both know all of the lyrics to the "That 70's show" theme.

I have one walker and talker.

My son Avery just turn three a couple weeks ago. Everything is either "deeeelicious" or "'gusting" (disgusting) to him right now. So I get "Momma, may I have a deeeeelicious strawberry?" or "No way, momma. That's sooo 'gusting!"

Oh well, at least we've past the phase where he pronounced "tr" sounds as F. Shouting "truck" in public was a lot of fun.

Kayleigh will be 5 next week (going on 16). She is a total girlie-girl with a passion for My Little Ponies and Polly Pockets.

Brandon just turned 1 and also has a passion for My Little Ponies and Polly Pockets although he would much rather smash their heads into the fridge door than play tea party with them. We have officially pegged him with the nickname "destructo" for this very reason.

My little girl is Erika. She is 31 months, will be 3 in December. She is a walker and quite a talker.
She is generally a joyful little thing, but we are in the midst of the tantrum years. Luckily they are usually at home and not in public. She is a tiny thing, about 27 lbs and just a joy to be around. Her favorite things are Barney , singing and dancing and playing outside-- especially the playground. She is very excitable and squeals with joy at the simplest things.

Right now she is in the other room playing and singing with her daddy "There are seven days, there are seven days, there are seven days in a week....." That song will be in my head all day!
