You can try out the following things rather than finding apps on the internet again. make a phone time out where in no one in the family will use their phones. It could be during meals or homework time or any other time that you feel. Keep all the phones together in a basket or a box so that no one sneaks out to check on their phones. A very important thing that I started was keeping them occupied and busy with me. I involved them in household chores like the elder one in the kitchen with me and the younger one watering the plants outside. I even started playing games with them, went for cycling and played badminton. It was extremely good for my fitness as well. Things are pretty much in control now.
