I just have to give one of my managers props today, since he really was incredibly helpful yesterday!!!

I told my upper manager about a frustrating situation that was occuring with a toady that was getting too big for his britches and trying to request ridiculous things, then getting pushy and demanding when we didn't provide them. I was afraid that my manager might overlook dealing with it, b/c we are in the midst of a huge re-design project. But yesterday, he pulled Toady in, gave him a talking to about his manner of dealing with everyone, and then established that Toady must meet with him weekly to get all of his requests approved. He can't just waltz in to my office and start demanding things!!!

It's so nice to have an effective manager!!!
