I need some resume help.

If you were applying for a job in a law firm as a mail room clerk with a back ground in retail management (I have someone on the inside) what would you include on the resume? It is entry level and has no education requirement. It would include some reception work and general filing and copying on top of co-ordinating mail.

Any ideas? Lawyers, it is a firm that deals with the corporate sphere primarily if that makes a difference.

I would probably highlight skills that I have from the retail management that might be applicable. Like this:

*Responsible for maintaining detailed records in manner that meets corporate standards
*Responsible for managing calendar and schedule for XX employees
*Skilled at directing customer service concerns to appropriate departments.
