I love my job, really, I do!
But I have one co-worker who realy just needs to retire. She can't change how she does things and if she finds a sololution for one thing, she just applies it to anything that resembles the problem. She is dealing with a lot of stuff right now and is incredibly distracted, apparently, because she used to be a good agent, but jeeeeeze - I'm constantly having to clean up her messes. My boss had me take over her open cases yesterday and one of them was days old - I called the client & her IT had applied a simple fix (that should have been evident after the first round of troubleshooting). I messaged my boss to say "Ah, *co-worker name* - making easy cases hard, one client after another"
Then there's Smart-Alec.
He refuses to follow documentation procedures, which fucks up our metrics, but if our boss is away, he takes it upon himself to email the team to say "Calls in queue!" As if we're all just fucking around
And he *always* has an excuse. For everything.
Starting 8/27, I have to be in the office several days a week because it's going to be crazy busy till 9/17 & I'm a senior & can hear them doing stupid shit & try to stop them
Plus I'll be working a lot of OT too, so I'm just going to really grumpy while I'm there and will need to keep a tight rein on my tongue
