Is anyone in charge of workplace safety?

Our OSHA compliance is abysmal Click here to enlarge so guess who is in charge of getting a safety manual written, and making sure we start getting things in place? I am not trained for this shit Click here to enlarge which is fine. It gives me plenty to do and is going to look sweet on my resume, but I am wondering if there is something that is easier to read than the OSHA website. Because it's making me Click here to enlarge

I am currently working on emergency lighting and I just want to know how many damn lights we need so I can get a quote Click here to enlarge I know we can just have people come in and do this, but while my boss is completely on board with updating things that should have been done long long ago, he wants our maintenance/engineer to install the lights so I need to figure this out. At some point I am going to have to talk it over with M but he is slow to warm up to new people Click here to enlarge

An amazing charity

Yes, at DH's last unit he was the MAA (Master at Arms) and in charge of safety. He got here and is not an MAA but laid down the law with the safety problems there. He doesn't need OSHA to ding a federal warehouse and they will.

Good luck!
