a mother should not leave her job after having kids

It becomes difficult for a working woman to continue her career and job after having kids. Because it becomes difficult to manage both jobs, as raising a child is also a full time job. I also left my job when i delivered my first baby. Because it became very difficult for me to manage both jobs. But if your husband is supportive and you have someone at home like grandparents or a trustable maid you can continue your job. Other than this a number of excellent day care centres are also a perfect solution fer working women to continue their job. So, according to my point of view, a mother should not leave her job after having kids.

julia I am with you in this regard. But dear I have no in-laws. I am leaving alone with my husband. A company offers me a job. I want to work. So, whatís the possible solution for me? can I trust on a maid? My husband loves me a lot. but I think a child wants to spend more time with his parents. I am a bit nervous about it.
