Late check in here...sorry.

I'm a full time WOHM with 2 boys ages 7 and 3. I work for the Commonwealth of PA as a Clerk Typist 2. It's not a bad job. I like it. The commute sucks ass though. I hate working in Center City.

I work full-time as an animator and marketing coordinator for a company serving litigators. Lately I've been terribly bored at work, so I started a Pampered Chef business. I have 2 boys.

Just thought I'd add my info:
I work full time with people with disabilites. My hubby is staying home on parental leave with our 8 month old son, but in June I'll be staying home for a year when our new baby is born.

I'm a 34 yr old PT WOHM.. working 3 days a week. My 3 days are mid week, so it's nice having a 4 day weekend every week. DS is a week shy of 9 mos. My MIL takes care of him while I'm at work. DH is FT and then some WOHD.. he refs hockey games as a side job for extra cash. The extra $$ is great, however he hates coming home sometimes to find that DS is already in bed.. Sometimes 3-4 days will go by and DH hasn't see but a total of a couple hours of his son. Click here to enlarge

I'm a Senior Director of HR in the financial industry. I was in manufacturing for the past 9 years and took off to go to school FT (working on my MS) and consult on the side. That lasted all of 6 months. I was on the edge of burn out after only 2 quarters! Working is much easier than graduate school. Click here to enlarge

I'm Michell and I was a SAHM until a few months ago. I work part time as a Merchandising representative for Mosaic. Oddly enough I work in the same building that my dh does, though I work for a completely different company.

I have a dd who turns two in January. I'm also a student but I had to take this and last semester off but I'm going back Fall of 2004 to finish up my junior year. My MIL watches dd for us while we work which is just awesome.

Same here, FT WOHM, I work 40 hours a week, as a legal secretary in an insurance defense law firm. I am also currently attending school to obtain my degree as a paralegal.

DH stays home with DD on Mondays, but the other 4 days, she's at the sitter's.

Hmm, I got to this late. I only post at night 'cuz it's too difficult when ds is awake...I only work 2 days a week, as a waitress. I actually enjoy it.
My dh is a waiter (good service in this household) and works 3-5 nights a week, depending. Thus, he is also home w/ds a lot and it is great.

Hi, I'm Amy and I have a 2.5 year old daughter, Avery. I work FT testing software for health care organizations. So, basically I sit at a computer all day and try to break stuff. Whee! I'm actually hoping to switch to part time sometime next year (or quit if they won't let me). My DH works as a scientist for a pharmaceutical r&d company (and believe me, those high drug prices are NOT going to the scientists; I make more than he does!).

Avery is at a wonderful home day care and she loves her provider and the other kids very much.

Hi all,
I'm Shannon, part-time WOHM (M, T, Th 8:30-5:00) work for my husband's mortgage brokerage, part-time WAHM (software designer), and full-time Mom to dd#1 3 1/2, dd#2 23 months, and ds 8 months.

I like the fact that I am able to be with the kiddos full time on two of the days in the week. Also, my job is pretty flexible so I am able to do whatever they need me to do during the days that I do work.

I absolutely love our daycare center! I couldn't do it without them. I may have to look for something more full time however, dh's benefits suck.

Probably too late to post on this thread but what the heck. I enjoyed reading about all of you.

I'm a full time WOHM. My DH is SAHD and an aritist/animator. Our girls 21/2 and 3 months. I'm just back from maternity leave. YUCK!

Actually I love my job. I am a Director of Resource Development (fundraiser) for a great non profit affordable housing developer. My job is flexible and challenging and we are really making a difference in our community. But I still want to be home with my kids.
