#1, sort of.

I'm nursing my 4-month-old, but they wouldn't let me nurse my first, my 2-year-old, because of meds that I was taking at the time. So this is baby #2, but the first time I've nursed. I'll go as long as he wants to. Click here to enlarge

I'm nursing #2; he's almost 9 months. I #1 weaned a year ago this month. My hat is off to anyone who nurses through a pregnancy. I could hardly stand to be touched.

DS so considerately weaned after the "I'd rather stick toothpicks in my eyes" phase. Remember that crazy fish in Finding Nemo, the one with the little lantern who lived at the very bottom of the ocean? I think I nursed that dude.

It was totally me, too. DS was the most gentle nurser ever. Even as a teething baby, I had never had any trouble. But boy, those first 3-4 months of pregnancy made my skin crawl. Now he wants absolutely nothing to do with nursies. I think after the baby comes he may resume for a few days and I'm okay with that.

Nursing a 21 mo son. We're in the process of nightweaning (going on 2 weeks now). He nurses to sleep around 8pm, nurses once in the night, then again around 6am. Any nightwaking is handled by dh right now. I'm getting more sleep, but dh is tttiiirrreeeddd. Click here to enlarge

Nursing my 10 month old - hope to make it to 1 year at least. Although she's my 2nd baby, she's the 1st to nurse.

I am nursing my 2 year old day and night. She is really into it. No end in sight as of yet...

I plan on tandem nursing, when my son is born in April.

I'm currently nursing almost 5mo ds#2.

I nursed ds#1 for 27 months when he abrubtly self-weaned, "I don't need noonie anymore." I got pg with #2 one month later.
