How do you

pump om both sides at once? Click here to enlarge I did it twice but I am so uncoordinated with it. Is there some trick to it? I have a PIS

Pumping on both sides at the same time saves me sooo much time (I'm back to school already Click here to enlarge)

I have a PIS as well. Its a matter of balance and practice. Click here to enlarge I start one side at a time and when I need to fix anything if I stay "hooked up" to the pump I often lean forward to let the bottle part for one side balance between my legs while I use my hands. I absolutely cant do the hands free stuff I have read about. But doing 2 sides usually works pretty well. When I am done I lean forward to balance 1 side while I stop the other and clean up.

Does that help? Click here to enlarge

Balance, practice, and I'd use my bra to hold one of the horns in place.

I never even thought about it Click here to enlarge. With both Harrison and Maya I used a PIS and pumped on both sides and read a magazine at the same time.

I hold the horn on the left side with my left hand. On the right side, I prop it on my knee and smash it up against my desk. It works. Click here to enlarge I think you just have to find what works for you.

Did I mention I hate pumping?

At work, I pushed them up against the desk in front of me. I could type, eat lunch and talk on the phone while pumping Click here to enlarge I remember reading at that BF site, is it Kellymom, that some people used rubberbands and hooked them around the pump head and attached them to the top of their nursing bra hooks. Never tried it but it sounded very creative. It's the stories about people who pumped in their cars while driving that always made me wonder just how pressed for time one can really be to resort to that.

I read about that rubberband thing, I'd try it but I don't wear nursing bras to work or school.

You can make a strap that you put around you. I did that and it held them in place.
