How to heat breastmilk?

I would like your advice, I do systematic pumping as my baby drinks only breast milk.how can I I go out with the baby , carrying my milk in a feeding bottle ? I know that the only safe way to keep the milk is to use ice packs.

How can I heat it afterwards?

Breastmilk can actually safely stay at room temperature for like 8 hours: http://www.kellymom.com/store/freeha...kstorage01.pdf

You can warm it under warm running water, in a pot of warm water, or, at restaurants, you can ask your waiter for water to warm the bottle in. I think there is even a car-AC adapter-based bottle warmer: http://www.amazon.com/Munchkin-13401.../dp/B000GB3FZU

Do not microwave or heat a frozen bottle fast on the burner. Some sections of the milk may be excessively hot, while others may be too cold. Furthermore, some study suggests that quick heating can influence the antibodies in milk.
