I BFARd, but all three kids were long after my surgery. Work on breastfeeding 100% on demand, getting plenty of water/oatmeal/Fenugreek, and realize you won't feel letdown the same way a a non-BFAR woman, as the nerves have been cut.
Spend as much time in bed/on couch bonding with the baby, and if you're worried, do weight checks with an on-staff LC at your local hospital. I had to supplement with formula for all of my kids, but the amount varied.
