Well duh - I know their conversation had nothing to do with me. My anger came from the fact that there were little kids running around all over and who knows if any of them were adopted. My dd didn't hear any of it and I know that someday she will and she is pretty bullheaded and proud and she will set them straight.

The mom I talked with talked to her friend and she was pretty horrified, as I suspected she wasn't trying to be hurtful. Neither of us know that other mom very well so if it comes up again (doubt it will) I will hold it together and tell her what an idiot she is
