booster seat info

Is there a website that will tell you what booster seat is compatable with your car? We just bought a new car, and the back seats look kinda small for Leigha's booster. Just wondering if I can just enter my car info and it will tell me which one fits better.

Or you could just put the booster seat in the car and see how it fits.

Ya, I just tried it out, and it's really too big. Thanks for the link!

What's your car and what's the age/weight/height of the child going into the seat?

Honestly I have never seen the average booster be 'too big' for a car unless you are trying to squeeze it in next to another seat.

'08 Lexus IS250. Leigha is 6 yo weighs aprox 50 lbs, not sure how tall she is. She is currently in a Graco Turbo Booster. It fits, but I'm a little worried about the dip underneath. Would it be ok to just put a folded up towel underneath the seat? It's just a very tight fit for her to be able to buckle it herself without moving the seat sideways.

No, no towels. Believe it or not a broader seat might actually fit better. A bigger base is less tippy.

I really really like the Sunshine Kids' Montery.

It is latchable, meaning it clips into the lower anchors in your car.
