I cannot believe how much books cost...

Last night I got my books for only two classes. And I only got the required books. They were $320. I asked the cashier if that came with a woman and he looked at me cross-eyed until he realized what I was talking about.

Good grief...can't wait until next semester when I get into taking 3 or 4 classes!

I bought my books for one class from half.com (which saved me a lot) and they were still 120 dollars.

I am only taking one nursing class and my books would have cost a little over $500. I know a RN professor at another school and she had a few of the books i needed so that saved me quite a bit.

How fast can you get books from half.com and those kinds of places? Click here to enlarge

$320! Click here to enlarge I thought mine were bad, they're going to be around $200 for two classes. My tuition was $247. The books shouldn't cost the same as tution. Click here to enlarge

bluebonnet - I just ordered mine last week and got them all already. I got the last one delivered today. I am happy and I saved over $100. I even posted a thread about it but not everyone seemed as excited about it as me. Click here to enlarge

Four classes. I had the math book already which was 120 bucks.

Books for my other three classes were close to 300 bucks, and that's buying them used. I had a bad half.com experience so I just suck it up and stick with the campus bookstore.
