My first day yesterday was a mess. English Comp went off without a hitch, except I think our teacher is Minnie Mouse in disguise. She is WAYYYYYY to fucking happy.
Next, I went to my algebra class only to discover that our "classroom" was the Math Learning Center. I thought that was odd, but took a seat among the other confused looking students. The teacher came in and announced that this was an "individualized" class - meaning, you teach yourself.
I did NOT sign up for that!
Well okay, I did, however, it was a big mistake. I promptly announced that to him and said my goodbyes.
I dropped the class and had to re-register for the same class but this time with a teacher to teach me. So now I have a 9:35 AM class and a 5:00 PM class, in two different locations. And a Saturday class. Can you say inconvenient?
Oh and it just started to snow. I know it won't snow quite enough to close school tomorrow, but enough to send my car careening around in the streets.
So I'll still have to drive 30 minutes down a highway and then a long and winding road to get to school. I hope I make it in one piece.
One bright spot was that I got my tuition reimbursement check from last semester and now I can make my payment that was due on the 10th.
