Online students
One of my instructors just informed us that if you are taking only online classes with no access to regular classrooms, you can waive all student fees. We just have to download a form from the registrar's office and submit it. It has apparently always been that way, but no one ever told me! You have to resubmit the form each semester.
Anyway- you may want to see if that is true for you as well. I think I paid over $200 in fees this semester!

I have to pay a stupid studying-abroad fee and I won't ever get to reap the benefits of that

I pay the health center fee too. I'm going to use the health center this term maybe more than my PCP.

I was able to waive all the health stuff- I did that when I first started school. I had no idea I could waive all the other fees though. It was an easy, simple little form I faxed in.
