I've been logging exercise at Slimfast.com, America on the Move (I've almost walked the Appalachian Trail!) and in our weight loss forum but keep forgetting to come back here.
But I AM training/preparing for the 3-Day.
I'm down 43.5 pounds now (since mid-May).
I've been cross-training...biking with the kids, walking (with and without kids, they slow the pace but they keep me motivated and the exercise is great for them too
), balance ball and weights.
7/16- 60 mins walking
7/17- 60 mins walking
7/18- 20 mins weight machine
7/20- 23 mins biking w/kids, 39 mins balance ball
7/21- 80 mins hiking w/kids
7/23- 20 mins weights, 32 mins balance ball
7/25- 60 mins biking w/kids, 20 mins weights
7/26- 74 mins biking with kids (7.83 miles), 79 mins walking alone (4.5 miles, last 20 mins in the rain
