Oddly, I'd always heard a year for dairy products. Is yogurt different?

Callie it's a year for milk. From what I've been told the proteins in yogurt and cheese are 
down more and not as hard on the digestive system as plain milk 
.

The YoBaby First Yogurt (plain) was not a hit with my 6mo. old. Just sayin.
