Coffee

I have to take all my medications while pregnant. Going off of them is not an option seeing as I'm not well controlled on them.

Coffee can help with the annoying little asthma cough.

My sinus issues seem to clear up while pregnant. When my sinuses clear up my asthma gets better.

I am allergic to spring. I have been forever. I guess I don't consider it such a big deal anymore since I 1. cannot have more children 2. found Zyrtec. Click here to enlarge

I use a humidifier, try to stay indoors esp on windy days, nasal saline spray, and resort to benedryl on the bad days. Drinking green chlorophyll in my water helped with my earlier pg. Oh, and when I;m not pg I will take herb pills NETTLES and that seems to help, but I don't know about taking it during pg.

I use Chlorophyll for my bowels (after gastric bypass and the gas Click here to enlarge). I didn't know that it helped with allergies too.

I was looking for a new source of supply. Thank you.
