Okay I'm here too! Click here to enlarge

What is/was your quit date? January 1, 2004

How much do/did you smoke each day? 1 Pack

How long have you smoked? 16 Years

What is going to be/was the hardest cigarette to give up? During my breaks at work.

What do you plan to do to help yourself quit and STAY a non-smoker? I know it sounds silly but just keep telling myself to take it one day at a time, one hour at a time, whatever. Also to rely on friends and family for support and walk during my lunch break at work.

How much do/did you smoke each day? 1 pack Click here to enlarge

How long have you smoked? For over 10 years

What is going to be/was the hardest cigarette to give up? the one when I am stressed and really want it.

What do you plan to do to help yourself quit and STAY a non-smoker? I am going to the doctors and having them perscribe the stop smoking pill, I see my lung doctor tomorrow, I have tried the patch but it makes me itch and makes my heart rate go funky.

What is/was your quit date? Okay, I need some help to set one. It was meant to be January 1, but that hasn't happened.

How much do/did you smoke each day? Approximately 30/day Click here to enlarge

How long have you smoked? Since I was 15. That would make it
**shhhhh** 15 years now

What is going to be/was the hardest cigarette to give up? All of them Click here to enlarge But I know I need to do it, and I WILL

What do you plan to do to help yourself quit and STAY a non-smoker? I have already started to cut down, and it was quite simple. I moved my computer. It was in a downstairs office, which was in a completely separate sections of the house from all the living areas so I used to smoke while I surfed. My computer is now in my bedroom, and since no smoking in the house, well, no smoking while online. Other than that, I have no idea how I am going to do this.

OK I am quitting too. I am a work & social smoker only but I have found that all to often I am takign my pack home with me instead of leaving at work so here I go.

I use to smoke full time, quit when I got preggers, started back slowly when ds was about 10 mths, then quit again for abotu 4 months then back again slowly but it is getting worse.

I am gonna try to just cut back slowly so I will see how it goes.
