Tragedy struck, and I started smoking again a few weeks ago.
So far the only times I've been able to quit were during my pregnancies. Ack.
I'm walking 60 miles in October. With survivors. I feel like such a damn hypocrite.
I've tried the patch in the past, and it didn't help me at all. The way I've always quit for pregnancy was just drinking water through a straw and chewing cinnamon gum (I know, why cinnamon?). Anyway, I'm at a loss.
Ideas? Pretty please?
And thanks for this forum. Really. I hope it doesn't go away.
