I Quit... again
Today is day 1, and I'm doing pretty good. I've got my trusty patch on, and my cravings have been minimal. DH is bringing home some hard candies for me this evening, because when I do have a craving, I need something in my mouth.

Good luck, Salty. My dh smoked for 20 years, and quit last Oct. 1st. He had great luck with the patches, and got hooked on a particular computer game which took his mind off it.

Salty, I always found that the patch was most effective when applied over my mouth. When the cravings get really bad try that.

I'm doing just fine. Ok, well, when I say "just fine", I mean that I haven't smoked at all. I really would like to chew the heads off of idiotic people and flatten the tires of people who speed past my house. Aside from wanting to become a homicidal maniac, I'm fantabulous!
