This morning was 24 hours with no smoking. : I have never intentionally gone this long without smoking. Every other time I quit, I only lasted a few hours. I'm so much more mentally ready for this this time around.

I felt pretty good yesterday and was starting to think this was going to be a breeze, and then evening came and I was really wanting to smoke, and was feeling anxious and bloated. Yuck!

Today, I feel a little worse. I'm really bloated, a little tense and anxious, and breathing deep through cravings which seem to be happening more frequently.

My throat hurts and I have a lot of drainage (yuck!) I think this is normal.

How is everyone else doing?

My throat was hurting too...it stopped about this morning. I'm on full day 2 and I'm still coughing, and obsessing. Every time I eat, I get ready to walk outside for a smoke... !!

I am on day 10. I have a cold so that is making the healing part so much more interesting. One day at a time. You can do this!
