If you use it, that is. I think these things were designed for people who never, ever move. And certainly not for people with three kids under age 5. When my husband used the patches the only way he could get them to stick was to clean the spot with alcohol(and let it air dry) first.

I had to use the adhesive tape for bandages most of the time. They mostly stayed on my outer upper arms.
