Does anyone post in here?
I quit for the 7 millionth time on Sunday. It is getting harder instead of easier. I'm losing it. I want a cigarette so much that I shake. And I'm dealing with the feeling that I am on the verge of a panic attack 24 hrs a day. I can't concentrate on anything and I can't sleep. If I'm not feeling better in the next couple of days, I will probably go out and buy a pack. :crybaby
Oh gosh. I wish I had some advice for you. It's so hard to really WANT to quit, as you obviously do, and be debilitated by these withdrawal symptoms. :(
Have you considered trying Nicorette, or the patch?
