Hey Madison. I'm so sorry for your PCOS, Yes you need to lose weight, but not slowly. Losing weight rapidly is very bad for your health. So try to take care of your diet. Make sure you are not skipping any meals, it's better if you divide your larger meals into 6-7 smaller meals, so you can eat through out the day, it will keep you full. And you will also be able to avoid food full of fats easily. Eat fruits and vegetable, avoid fast food and fizzy drinks. Exercise in the morning and also at night. Go for running early morning.
