WTF is up with these zits?

I look like I am about 14 yrs old. I have two huge zits on my face. One of them is the kind that are deep down and swollen and painful as hell! Click here to enlarge It has actually changed the structure of my face. Gotta love the first trimester.

And, no, I will not post a pic. Click here to enlarge

What kind of clothes do you suppose would be worn by a man with a mole on his nose?

I have always gotten acne with pregnancy. It sucks. I look just like the pimply teenagers I teach. Click here to enlarge

I'm just the opposite. My complexion is always clearer when I pregnant or lactating.

I got pimples with my boys, and clear skin with my girls.

Hoping for a girl this time around, and I am clear this time. Click here to enlarge

Ah yes...pregnancy skin.

My favorite part is that you never know what you'll get when you look in the mirror. My face was fine this AM when I woke up, maybe even a little dry. I just took a nap, went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror. VVugh, my face is a mess too.
since I've hit the 2nd trimester, its starting to clear up though.

Have you tried the Burt's Bees Blemish stick or Tea Tree Oil?
Those helped me with the mondo pre-volcano zits.

Only 2? Click here to enlarge That's not bad. My face is covered with pimples. I had the same problem with pregnant with Xena, but not with Quinlan--so I'm betting I'm having another girl this time.

I hear you. I had about 30 zits yesterday, mostly on my forehead, but a few on my chin and cheeks as well. Today, they're almost all gone. Strange.

My face had actually been clearing up, but I had a mini-explosion last week and now I discovered a big sore one coming up on my left cheek this morning. Argh!

Ugh, I feel you. Last time I had great skin, not so lucky this time. Have you tried a different cleanser? I usually use Clinique's three step but have started using Cetaphil which is working much better.
