Appt went well today. I start going every week now 
My doula reccommended I start taking EPO (1000mg/day) this week, and then up it to 4000mg/day at 37 wks. I'm nervous about taking it for some reason
I think I'm going to call her for reassurance 
Oh, and I think the baby dropped yesterday. I have less of a shelf and more of a slope now.

helps soften the cervix. Some people swear by it, some say it doesnt work. I do know once you open the bottle they need to be refridgerated and they do expire after a while.
