I can't wait to get mine back, either, but I don't want people pointing it out. Click here to enlarge

And, last night, the triage nurse said my belly looked big. I know she meant that the baby is probably good sized, but I still thought a little "fuck you, bitch" in my head. Click here to enlarge

I had an old family friend who is older than dirt who kept calling me fat when I was pg with ds. I kept correcting him and then he finally got on my mom's nerves, she took care of that.

I also had a close friend who kept calling me moonie. It fucking annoyed me but he didn't mean any harm.

People are stupid. Some things never change.

When I was pregnant with dd, and in the middle of hyperemesis (where I lost 15 pounds), one of my brothers actually gave me ahard time because I wasn't exercising. He told me I'd get fat, and never lose the baby weight if I didn't exercise. "I can't fucking eat, and you think I need to be exercising? I don't even have the energy to get dressed some days." "I'm just saying...Don't go complaining when you can't lose the weight, if you're not exercising," was his response

Yeah, one of my close friends, his wife is pg. She is one of those that doesn't even look pg and she is 7 mos along. He told me, you should try going to the gym, you will have more enery.

Really? I would have never thought of that. His wife quickly replied how in her first trimester she was most certainly NOT going to the gym every am, she was other occupied in the bathroom. Click here to enlarge

I had a doctor (not *my* doctor, but another one in the same practice) do my 2-week check after my c-section and he said to me (in a rude sort of tone) "Well, I guess you won't be seeing this for a while." (referring to the scar because my tummy was too fat to see it.) He was an ass.

I guess I'd say to someone who made that comment to me "No, actually I enjoy being fat, thanks for reminding me."
