Measuring a week ahead...29 week appt.

Not that measuring a week ahead means much. But, you feel like grasping at any little thing that will end your pregnancy sooner, in a safe manner of course.

I had my halter monitor taken off right before my appointment, so I should have the results by Friday. The OB told me he has only had 2 people in his history of practice that have had problems that needed to be treated. Of course, this is the guy that I hate. If he is on call the night I go into labor, I will reschedule my delivery. Click here to enlarge Total asshat.

On the downside, I have Click here to enlarge a weight barrier that I hoped to never, ever, ever break. No sense crying about it now, but still. **sigh** My ass is huge.

Sounds good. I wouldn't worry too much if you are measuring ahead just this one time. With DD #1 I consistently measured ahead by 2 weeks since 20 weeks. At my 37 wk appt I mentioned it, and got an u/s. They measured the baby at 8lbs10oz. I had her a week later at 9lbs4oz. But that was consistently measuring ahead. Just keep an eye on it from here on in.

But, you're in the home stretch now and it will happen sooner or later for you.

At my u/s at 20 something weeks I was a week ahead. I haven't had any u/s's since though, so I'm not sure where I am now at 37 weeks...

Anyway, good luck, and hopefully that will be good news for you!
