Headaches

(esp. in the 2nd tri)--ugh, they are killing me. I had to get up at 5 am to take tylenol because my head was fucking throbbing and I couldn't sleep. Click here to enlarge

Is there anything else I can do besides take tylenol? I'm trying to make sure my water uptake is up, but other than that I'm at a loss.

And my head hurts again already. Click here to enlarge

Have you had your blood pressure checked? For me I found that was the major casue of my headaches.

I suffered from horrible headaches (but only in my first trimester) with my first pregnnacy and then this pregnancy. I took Tylenol even though I didn't want to. Other than that I don't know what to tell ya.

I had them all through my last pregnancy and even got migraines. I usualy got away with one regular streangth tylenol each time, but I got them so bad I was unable to do much.
I had textbook perfect blood pressure the entire time, and drank more then pleanty water, so it had to be the hormones.

I get them a lot more when i'm pregnant/nursing. I can usually attribute it to not enough water/dehydration. If I don't get more than a 2 liters or so I have a headache.

I hope you find something that works Click here to enlarge

Oh, and my bp was always really good. And so was my water intake. I think it was the hormones.
